They made the room special for my partners birthday that we were celebrating whilst there, staff very friendly and the gym and pool was great! Quite busy all the time so allow extra time when going as a lot of people go which shows how great the quality is! The hotel is very modern and everything is up-to-date and clean which is a great bonus.

The staff are so friendly and chatty. The room was lovely and relaxing 😌 The gym was lovely and calming and lovely air conditioning. Wished I'd have gone for a swim 🏊♂️ but didn't unfortunately 😕 The corridors smelt lovely 😍 The breakfast in the morning was gorgeous and again the staff so lovely. Didn't feel intimidated at all been on my own as my daughter could not make it Lovely lovely stay.

Room very comfortable and clean. Room was fairly big and airy. Self check in at the computer and formatted your own key card. Received an email with confirmation of your room number which was a good idea as no other way to know which room you are in.

The whole place is impressive, from the moment you walk in the door. It is nicely presented and clean everywhere, the room was clean, comfortable and had aircon. We ate at the restaurant on the 1st night and the food was exceptional despite being extremely busy and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was great too.

Modern room with all mod cons, hairdryer, ironing board, really big shower, nice and clean, air con. Comfy bed. Super value! Staff really friendly, especially Daz in the restaurant. Food was proper beaut in there too! Nice atmosphere. Went in the jacuzzi - all clean and good. Starbucks in there too where we got breakfast.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful, The room was spotless, the bed was really comfy, like the fact there was a starbucks in the hotel. It's a Great looking pool. and gym Sadly, we were unable to use it due to the fire alarm issues.

After very hard night I stayed in Village Hotel Leeds North not South. The lovely reception manager without any problem exchanged my booking in the system as my situation was bad. The very nice receptionist provided high standard customer service/customer support and helped me how much he could in the middle of night, even when I was not a hotel guest. I can recommend this hotels to anyone as Village Hotels are hotels which represent high quality service. Hotel rooms are modern, safe and comfortable. If you are searching for hotel in Leeds definitely you should choose Village Hotel!!!

Bar staff were really pleasant and offered to bring our drinks to the table when ready rather than make us stand and wait, just a minor detail but a credit to your team!

It was clean and the receptionist (Scandinavian I think ) was amazing. She was helpful and made out stay more bearable as we were going to a funeral.!
